HDPE Granules

HDPE Granules, or High-Density Polyethylene Granules, are a type of plastic resin used to create a wide variety of durable and stiff plastic products. It is produce from Ziegler-Natta polymerization of ethylene using catalysts like titanium tetrachloride. HDPE Granules offers greater rigidity and strength than LDPE and LDDPE granules.

Chemical And Physical Property:

  • Excellent Chemical Resistance
  • High Density
  • Greater Strength than LDPE and LLDPE
  • HDPE is naturally opaque due to its higher crystallinity
  • Moisture Resistant
  • Electrical Insulator
  • Higher Melting Point

Application:

  • Plastic bottles and containers (milk jugs, detergent bottles, etc.)
  • Pipes and tubing
  • Crates and pallets
  • Chemical drums
  • Cutting boards
  • Toys
  • Appliance parts
