LDPE Granules

LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) granules are a type of recycled plastic material derived from post-consumer plastic waste. LDPE has a molecular structure consisting of long, branched chains of ethylene monomers.

In the manufacturing of LDPE  Ethylene is the main raw material, is obtained by cracking petroleum-based hydrocarbons, typically naphtha or natural gas. The ethylene gas is then cooled, compressed, and purified. And then the the polymerization of ethylene gas is done at high temperature and pressure and at the end of the process we get LDPE as a end product.
